Sage Evolution, Sage Pastel, and QuickBooks Desktop as standard — all via secure, read-only database access. We've also built custom integrations for clients running bespoke or legacy systems with a queryable database. Cloud-only platforms (QuickBooks Online, Xero) need an API-based approach — ask us about that specifically.
A focused web application typically takes 6–10 weeks. More complex systems — multi-user platforms with integrations and mobile companions — usually run 3–6 months. We give a detailed timeline after the discovery phase, and we'd rather extend honestly than miss quietly.
Less than you'd think. Even a year of clean sales data lets us build useful forecasting and anomaly detection. We assess what you have during the discovery call and tell you honestly what's possible — and what isn't yet.
Every project ships with a support agreement — bug fixes, security updates, performance monitoring, and a named contact who knows your system. We also offer ongoing development retainers for clients who want continuous improvement, not just maintenance.
Yes. FDMS is Zimbabwe-specific because ZIMRA is — but our web design, custom application, AI, and automation work is available to businesses across the continent. Most of our delivery is remote.
FDMS runs on a transparent subscription. Custom development is quoted per project, with milestone-based payments. We send detailed scopes and pricing before any work begins — and we'd rather walk away than start a project we can't deliver well at the price.
