Overview
Start with the equipment you need.
Equipping a new starter, replacing older machines or adding a screen to a desk usually comes down to two questions: which model, and can it be supplied. Africube supplies new HP, Dell and Lenovo computers against a written quote that answers both. The list on this page covers the HP ProBook 460 G11 business laptop, the HP 15-fd2104TU and the Lenovo V14 and V15 laptops, the HP 24-cr0307nh and 24-cr0428nh all-in-ones, the HP OmniBook 3, and HP OmniBook 2-in-1s including the OmniBook X Flip and OmniBook 5 Flip. If you need a different model, including Dell, send its name or the specification, and the quote confirms what can be supplied.
Who it is for
- Businesses equipping new staff or replacing older computers
- Offices standardising on one laptop or desktop model
- Teams that want 2-in-1 laptops with a touchscreen
- Organisations that need a written quote for procurement or approval

How it works
From request to written quote.
- 01
Choose models

- 02
Request a quote
Send the models and quantities through the enquiry form.
- 03
Review the quote
The written quote confirms the models, availability, price and warranty terms for each line.
- 04
Confirm the order
Confirm the quote to place your order, or ask for a revised quote if anything changes.
Before you request a quote
Your requirements
A useful request names the model or product number, or the specification you need, with the quantity of each. Mention anything that would rule a model out, such as screen size, memory, storage or a touchscreen. The computers available now are supplied without Windows, and Africube does not supply Windows licences, so plan for the operating system your organisation uses. For models available to order, the exact configuration and operating system are confirmed on your quote.
- The model names or product numbers you are interested in, or the specification you need
- The quantity of each model
- Any must-haves, such as screen size, memory, storage or a touchscreen
- Any accessories or peripherals to include on the same quote
- The organisation the quote should be addressed to
Useful answers
Common questions.
Do the computers come with Windows?
The computers available now are supplied without Windows, and each card says whether the model comes with FreeDOS or without an operating system. Africube does not supply Windows licences. For models available to order, the exact configuration and operating system are confirmed on your quote. Product images may show a Windows screen; they are representative and do not mean Windows comes with the computer.
Is there a warranty?
Warranty terms are confirmed on each quote, for each model. If warranty affects your choice between models, say so when you request the quote.
What do “Available now” and “Available to order” mean?
“Available now” lists the models currently on hand, and “Available to order” lists models sourced when you order them. The list changes, so availability for each model and quantity is confirmed on your quote.
Can you source a model that is not on the list, or a Dell?
Other HP, Dell and Lenovo models can be sourced on request, including Dell models, which are not on the current list. Send the model name, product number or specification, and the quote confirms what can be supplied. HP, Dell and Lenovo are trademarks of their respective owners.
How much do the computers cost?
Where the list shows “Price on request”, the price is given on your quote. Every quote confirms the price for your models and quantities, together with availability and warranty terms.
How do we order, and can we order several of the same model?
Request a quote with the models you need and the quantity of each. Africube sends a written quote confirming the models, availability, price and warranty terms for those quantities, and you confirm it to place the order.
Your next step
Tell Africube what you need.
Send the models or specifications and the quantities, and receive a written quote confirming the models, availability, price and warranty terms.
