Acceptance
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.
Who we are
This website is operated by Africube Technologies (Pvt) Ltd ("Africube", "we", "us"), a custom software development company based in Harare, Zimbabwe. How we handle personal data is covered separately in our Privacy Policy.
Using this website
You're welcome to browse, read, share links to, and contact us through this site. You agree not to:
- Attempt to breach, probe, or disrupt the site or the systems behind it
- Use the site to send spam, malware, or unlawful content
- Scrape or republish substantial parts of the site's content without permission
- Misrepresent yourself or your authority to act for a business when contacting us
Content is not advice
Pages like our FDMS guide exist to make regulation understandable. They are general information, not tax, legal, or financial advice. Regulations change, thresholds shift, and your situation is specific. Before acting on anything you read here, confirm the current position with ZIMRA or a qualified advisor — and when you engage us, our scoped advice for your business supersedes anything general on this site.
Prices shown on this site (such as FDMS subscription pricing and "from" prices) are indicative and current at the time of writing. The price that binds us is the one in your written quote or agreement.
The website assistant
The "Africube AI" chat on our homepage is an automated assistant that runs entirely in your browser and matches your question against prepared answers. It's there to help you find information quickly. It can be out of date or miss the nuance of your question, and nothing it says creates a contract, quote, or commitment. For anything that matters, confirm with a human — that's what the WhatsApp line is for.
Services & engagements
Descriptions of our services on this site are informational. Actual engagements — scope, deliverables, timelines, pricing, support, warranties — are governed by the written proposal or agreement we sign for that project. If anything on this site conflicts with your signed agreement, the agreement wins.
Our product, Pulse
Pulse is our own software product, offered with onboarding. Its features and pricing may change as it develops, and the interface mockups on this site are illustrations using fictional sample data — they show how Pulse works, not any client's real figures. Asking for a demo creates no obligation on either side; use of Pulse itself is governed by the agreement signed for it.
Intellectual property
The Africube name and logo, the Pulse name and mark, and the content, design, and code of this website belong to Africube Technologies (Pvt) Ltd unless otherwise noted. Third-party names on this site — ZIMRA, Sage, QuickBooks, and others — belong to their respective owners; mentioning them describes compatibility or context, not endorsement or affiliation.
Software we build for clients is owned as set out in each project agreement.
Liability
This website is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't warrant that it is error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by Zimbabwean law, Africube is not liable for loss arising from reliance on the general information on this site or from the site being temporarily unavailable.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here limits the specific commitments we make to clients in signed agreements.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe, and the courts of Zimbabwe have jurisdiction over disputes arising from use of this website.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, always lives on this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
